my cars is getting bad mpg and tons of white smoke coming out from from exhaust. what could be the problem and how can i fix this?

Bad Head Gasket.

Easy fix, but do it soon.

While you are pulling the head also do you water pump and timing belt.

burning oil doesn't make a white smoke. it's bluish grey.
