I have a 96 GSR motor in my EG. When i shift from 2nd to 3rd real fast, it seems like it doesn't want to go in well. When i shift from 3rd to 4th slowly, it seems like something is in the way. Does anybody know what is wrong? I have a new shift linkage so that shouldn't the problem.

it's probably the synchronizers....it happens to a lot of people...I've had that same problem with 2 of my civics...as for the 3-4 shift, that sounds like a gear problem

Did you replace the tranny fluid?? Sometime putting better tranny fliud like redline in there it will help to make the shifts smoother.

Yea I replaced the fluids when i changed my stock clutch to the ACT. This even happened when i had my stock clutch.
