sup all

Well im havin problems on my tranny and well hold up lemme describe whats wrong wit it first. basically its pretty much okay except i get a really nasty grinding noise when i go in reverse and its embarrassing as shit. I'm wonderin what i should do every other gear is perfectly fine maybe its just a bad synchro but i dunno yet. anyways i was thinkin what would be better, should i get the tranny rebuilt and probably replace the gears with some gsr gears (ohh yeah i have a 94 ls) or should i get a new tranny. and what kinda cost would i be looking at on each one. and how much should i be willing to pay for a new or rather used tranny. thanx...

ALL the 7 hondas Ive owned have sometimes grinded setting in rev. As well as slamming the clutch and forcing first...You may try to after you start the car release the clutch then depress again it and boom rev. this what I do and no probs. maybe honda is notorious for this i dunno..
no no no, its not grinding when i first put it in its grinding the whole time like the synchro is bad so i need to know what i need to do whether to fix it or get a new one. thanx.
