build the sohc zc with eagle rods, srp 9:1 pistons, raceeng block guard, race eng head gasket, zdyne ecu w/450cc injectors.....and run 13lbs on the street (til i get the block resleeved). est 250 hp to the wheels

or

swap a b16 motor and move the turbo kit to the b16

im about to build the d16a6 i have laying around for a jrsc that im getting where did u get the block gaurd. im gonna see how well teh d15 holds up to the jrsc and im gonna build that d16 but i want it to be indestructable.
id say do the d16 ive seen my friends which is running 10 psi on the street and its nasty

Race eng?? Not a big fan of the block guards, unless your welding it in, and not too great for daily driving. It's all about money, you could go through like three ZC's before you equate with the cost of the B16 swap. The only downside is, you might go through three ZC's, especially 13 lbs. They'll go for a while though, so you'd get your money's worth there.:)

the big term i posted was the zdyne ecu CRX-RX.....this ECU allows me to completely tune my car, control bigger fuel injectors, timing and what not.as for the block guard...that would have to do til i feel like forking out the dough for a sleeve kit from golden eagle for bout 800 bucks. a block guard only cost 100 bucks.
