What is a good turbo setup for a 94-95 GSR. I am aiming for about 325hp. Also is it gonna be costly?

Well I can answer part of your question, YES it is going to be costly. A turbo kit alone is probably at least $3,000. And if you are looking for 325 hp you are probably gonna have to build the bottom end, new pistons, rods, new injectors, maybe a fuel pump, don't forget you need a boost contoller, a new clutch. Theres a ton of stuff you are going to need. It would not be a cheap project.

I have the clutch, at what point will I need pistons? Someone told me they were fine up till 500hp....

I don't think you really NEED them but to run high boost levels in a GSR it makes it easier if you get lower compression pistons.
