seems to me like the most complicated thing would be to weld an outlet on your oil pan for oil delivery to the turbo... just cuz i don't have a welder. everything else is pretty straight forward with modification. i'd do it myself but if you don't want to, watch em put it in.
Actually I used some screws with nuts to hold the flange onto the oil pan and then put JB Weld all around it. Looks ghetto but it doesn't leak. I'm not trying to win any car shows, I don't want oil leaks.

put togeather turbos for like 300 and they run great!
It can be alot cheaper to build a junkyard turbo.
