I think you could find a better deal. That seems kind of high to me.

You could get a drag T3/T4 with intercooler for under 3000. I don't think the GReddy uses a T3/T4 turbo. It seems to me that GReddy uses a smaller turbo. I could be wrong though.

i dont think so, considering its really the only street legal turbo kit you can get. and i believe the greddy kits come w/ either a 16g or 18g.. i cant remember off the top of my head.
if you want a t3/t4.. look into drag, rev hard, fmax

I believe the GReddy turbo uses a 18G.

I think basically you are paying for the CARB certification stamp. If you are in a place with strick emission laws then it is probably better that you buy the GReddy kit.

aren't the intercoolers non carb-approved? greddy ones...
but i'm sure it wouldn't be a huge deal disconnecting it then slapping it back on.
i've heard many many good things about the greddy kit, so little lag. but don't expect as much boost/power as the drag kit... well, obviously.
but it you want 1/4, straight line, and you think carb# are for wieners, skip the greddy and go with the dragIII t04/t3
