My first question is whether a Flowmaster 60 series exhaust system made for a 5th generation Accord EX would work on a LX model as well so long as it is attached from the Catalytic Converter on back?

Secondly, I have noticed that in the last week while idling at a stop, my rpms will drop to the 500-0 range and sputter a bit to the point where it seems like it is about to stall out. It will do it about every two seconds until I begin moving again. About two months ago I had my 90k tune-up service so I'm not sure what it might be. And if it's not obvious already I don't know too much about cars...but I'm trying.

Thank you for the response. I will get the exhaust system then. And I searched for the IACV and found out how to clean it. So I did it yesterday and we'll see how it works. Thanks again.

couldn't a bad spark cause it to drop rpms and sputter too?
