nope, well maybe with some massive rewelding, but it's not worth it.

Go with a D16Y8 Intake manifold. It is the same principle as putting a B18C5 intake manifold on a B16A head.

NOPE!....jes get a sohc vtec intake manifold, port it, and put that in.
well alls i know it that with a lil modification u can put an LS t.body on the zc manifold and its like 2mm bigger.
all u gotta do is drill out the bolt holes some so it slides on the manifold.
also i ported the manifold where it meets the t.body cuz the manifold was then smaller than the t.body.
it was a free mod that came offf my firends ls/vtec.
but a b-series manifold is a lil extreme and sacrifices reliabilty..
