Running lights look cool when you have aftermarket bulbs. Gives a better look imo. If I had them I would keep them. Besides they are a saftey feature! Lets people see ya better.

ALL cars made for use in Canada are required to have daytime runners. Mine doesn't have them cause I got mine from the USA.
Yeah, USDM Honda's don't have DRL's..
no clue what you are talking about

You've never heard of daytime running lamps?? Check out a Cavalier next time you see one.. It's lights will be on in the daytime, just at a lower wattage.. There's nothing you can do about it.. On cars that have them, they're always on, whether you like it or not..
u can take out the running light fuse i think, i will try it an let u guys no

lots of people here keep their lights on daytime, even when they're driving hondas
we all know hondas don't make DRLs
anyways, yes it's a safety feature, toyota cars have em now
You catually can turn them off. Before you start your car, pull the ebrake one click. So it's not actually on but it's clicked once. Start the car and they runners will be off. They will turn on again once you release the ebrake. It works on my parents RAV4 and 4Runner.
hey I'm from the USA so if you guys can map-out the way to wire up day-time running lights it would be great help......I think the "daylights" are cool when coming the other way.

For now I just drive with my lights and highbeams on all day. but i'd like to have the "real" thing.

Thanks

It worked on my friends Yukon too.. the only thing is, on my Civic, the ebrake has to be pulled up more than one click for the light to actually go on.
my VW use to have them on all the time, so now that i got integra I always have them on, day or night. I like the way it looks.

i do too

it looks pretty rad when you see another import across the intersection at a stop light with their halogens on during the day. that's why keep mine on ;)
