That's for the 2002 model, not 2001. I know the 2001's V6's are all LEV. But maybe the 2002 V6's are ULEV? Can anybody with a 2k2 V6 confirm that? I need to stop by my local Honda dealership today for something else so I'll try to verify it.Importeck said:welll thats odd.. but i have a 2001 model but here is the link ..

that just seems kinda strange to me that they would change it w/ only one year left in the generation. you would think that if they were going to change it they would have done it either in '00 when they changed to DI or in '01 when they changed the exterior.SteVTEC said:That's for the 2002 model, not 2001. ahhh, it makes sense now.SteVTEC said:Marketing.
I believe the Altima V6 and the Camry V6 are all ULEV this year. Honda wouldn't want to look bad since it prides itself on meeting tougher emissions standards before any other car maker, but who knows. I'll check tonight.
I don't think the changes required to go from LEV to ULEV are all that complex.
