this is directly copied and pasted from the Honda website
it says Ultra low emission certified so im guessing its ULEV

It's a typo.

I went and looked at the window sticker on a 2002 Accord V6 tonight and it said precisely:

•200-HP 3.0 L SOHC 6 Cyl 24-Valve VTEC Engine
•CAR B Low Emission Certified

That was the window sticker and window stickers don't lie, but websites commonly have typo's.
