i need to ask someone for advice. i have saved up some money to do a huge upgrade. my car is a 94 accord exr and it already is slammed (3.5" on ground control) and it was running 15.5 with a slipping clutch, since then i have put in a centerforce clutch with an 8 lbs lighter flywheel. i have many upgrades done to the car and the engine, now i have money to do one the next,
1- 18" rims with parada tires
2- turbo my engine (f22a)
3- engine swap (h22a1 jdm)

what would you guys choose???

Turbo, much less intrusive than pulling an engine.

Go with a turbo. Forced induction is the only way to go fast.

first of all...how old is your car?

if you want show.. get rims.

if you want speed? go turbo, unless you got miles on that engine, otherwise do the swap.

since you say youve already got a lot of mods done to your engine, i would say to keep on building the f22. you could do a swap but then all the money you spent on your current engine would go to waste. so i say go turbo.

clutch and flywheel will swap over from an f22 to an h22, so will an intake, as well as exhaust, ignition will, fuel rail will...headers, cam gears, and anything internal wont fit an h22 though...

werd, i didnt realize all that stuff was interchangeable. i would say go for the swap then.

heheh..
my h22 has my accord act clutch on it, the accord fuel rail(so the fuel fittings dont have to be modified), and i ran the accord intake on it til i got a larger diameter intake. but most people i know just use their accord AEM Cai on the h22...the prelude exhaust manifold and down pipe also bolted right up to my cat....on a 5th gen accord you have to cut an inch or two off the exhaust system though.

Unless your motor has a load of miles on it, I'd go with the turbo. With a turbo, you'll turn that 15.5 to a 14.5 relatively easy.
