I was trying to install my neuspeed upper strut tie bar when the upper arm assembly slipped down out of the frame because I was trying to get the bar over it. Now I can't seam to get it back in.
I have it jacked up and the tire removed, the back of the arm assembly is stuck on the springs so I can't move it upwards and even if I could it doesn't look like i could force it back in. I need help, what should I do?

Here is a picture of my problem. What I circled is the part that has slipped out of the frame and is dangling down below. Please help

I circled the holes it needs to go into, and the bar that is getting caught on the springs. Should I remove the parts (stabalizing link maybe?) and get them screwed in up top then try and connect it back to the upper arm assembly? Plz help!!

maybe you could slightly lower the car till the ground pushes back up on it and dislodges it from the spring??

I got it back in.

Someone suggested jacking up the lower control arm, and that worked like a charm. Once I jacked the lower control arm high enough I could slide it in with little effort.

Thanks for the help.
