What's the difference between the USDM Integra
Type-R Header and the JDM Integra Type-R Header?

The USDM version looks very similar to the stock header from a GSR or LS motor. It is the big nasty cast piece, with all four runners going to a big cast iron 'blob' just before the downpipe.

The JDM version has all four runners separate from each other, down to the oil pan area.

JDM has better flow due..... and the 2.5" collector.......

The JDM header is the superior piece. Much better than the USDM header. They both do the same work, expell exhaust gases, but one just does it better.

and they are bang for your dollar compared to your high-end aftermarket manifolds Eg spoon,mugen,hytech,toda!

I don't doubt that the JDM header is better but the JDM R only makes 5 more hp than the USDM, will you gain about 5 hp or will it be more?

jdm type r has much better performance

Can you elaborate on how does the JDM R have much better performance because as far as I knew (I could be wrong) things were pretty much the same except the hp, compression and maybe the gearing.
