Today i was driving and when i stop'd at a stop light, my car just started to rev by itself and the CEL came on. I had this problem like 2-3 weeks ago, and the dealer said that it was the ECM so i had that replaced. The car was working fine until today. Could it be the vacuum lines this time?

Do you hear a hissing sound in the engine bay? What year car? Get the CEL scanned and see what code comes back.
