i have a 1997 sh prelude with an aem cai on it. well ive been hearing that the dc header is a waste and i dont want my car to sound like a weadwacker so im not gettin an exhaust. so now im thinkin of gettin a vafc i was wonderin what u guys think does it really lead to good gains? or should i just go nitrous? o yah
and turbo a stock h22 is that a bad idea?.. ps i have a 68k on my motor so will i fry it if i get a 65 shot of nitrous?

First of all, the dc header is a great buy because the prelude is pretty choked up. Second you can get a good sounding exhaust that doesnt sound raspy.

You won't fry your engine with juice as long as you take the proper steps using it.
not what i have heard

The 5th gen prelude header is pretty damn good. Whereas the 4th generation prelude gets much more performance gains with a header.

There was a link somewhere between the stock 5th gen lude header and a mugen and there was like 1HP difference.

Your money better spent elsewhere.
