Uh oh... I think that if it's blue, it means that there will be a litter of little Del Sol's running around before you know it... watch out. Hehe

Top of the dash, Left side of car (when siting in driver's seat), at the base of the A pillar just where the windshield meets the dash.

You have to get out of the car to look at it though.

Mine is blue also... possibly made in Japan? I know that my Prelude was made in Japan and shipped here... Maybe that's what the blue color means... just a suggestion, I actually have no idea!

ALL and I do mean ALL del sol were made in Japan. Everyone with a del sol will have JHM as the first 3 characters in their VIN.

The "J" by the way stands for Japan which is the country where the car was built. Take a look at civic sedans made in america, their first character in the VIN should be "1" or "2" (U.S.A. and Canada)

Maybe in Japan the VIN plates are all blue? Interesting useless fact. :)
