vtec controllers???

oki was wondering if anyone has vtec controllers??? if so what exactly do they do i mean i know they advance teh time vec kicks in but other than that nething??? and does it give u better performance or is it just done solely to hit vtec sooner?? also isit very hard to do or expensive thanks

get it if you have access to dyno... also, more mods you have the better.
