i picked a 91 hb i call it an O.G. or "BOX" but ne way i wuz gonna do a swap with the gsr engine but i heard v-tec is horrible for turbos becuz of the v-tec ( something about timing the v-tec)

Vtec isn't necessarily bad for turbo; you just need to do more tuning. The problem with the b18c1/5 is the high compression.

If you are definitely going to turbo, get an LS and turbo that. It will be a lot cheaper too.

Yea, high compression is a bad thing with turbo. Although with the right tuning, and fuel delivery, and low boost, you will be ok.
