If you go with the wings west bumper, you'll be happy 'cause they're very sturdy. Why not just get the whole kit? The fiberglass ones should be around $500-$600.

I have the VIS carbon fiber hood for my CRX. It's a very solid piece with supports.

Don't forget to get hoodpins! I've got some and they don't take too long to install. I've heard too many stories of carbon fiber and fiberglass hoods flying up without hoodpins.
