WANTED: 99+ Accord F23 Engine

Does anyone have or know anyone with a stock 1999 and up Accord engine prefereably in the Southern CA region. I cracked a rod and apparently messed up my block so I need a new engine.

I dunno how it happened. I just had my car for a few months after having it built. H22 does sound appealing, but I don't have the funds to do one after my last few rebuilds. Besides, I would have to get a 99 and up motor to make it legal and those are pricey
