im am goint to start by making my car breathe a lot better - intake - header - exhaust. Then I would work with the spark - ignition - cap - rotor - wires - plugs -etc and one have any good ideas for me....i have a '94 civic 5spd 1.6l vtec everything is stock on the car now

any ignition work other than plugs & wires is a waste of money on a stock form car, that includes IHE. Unless you are running some serious power don't waste your time and money.
