Weird noise when i leave to go somewhere

For the last two weeks after I installed my front upper strut tower bar. There has been a sound that the car makes every time when I'm about to leave to go somewhere. The sound is like an nhhhhuuuuu in a high pitch, it use to be a lower pitch before I installed the strut bar. I know that my past 1999 Prelude did this low pitch sound and my new 01 lude use to make this sound before I installed strut bar. Like my car would be parked in my garage and I would reverse to get out and it make the low pitch sound nhuuuuu before the strut mod and since I put in the strut bar it has made the high pitch nhuuu. It doesn't do it when I reverse only. I did a test and would park my car in front of my drive way and turn off my car, then I turn my car back on put it on 1st, then I drive about 10 feet and it would make this sound. What is that noise? I figured that it has to do something with the brake line because the sound is coming around my side of the car and the strut bar rubs against the brake line. I mention this to my friend and he says it shouldn't be anything from the brake line. Do you guys know what this sound is, because it's annoying the crap out of me. I'm about to take the strut off, but my best friend says it shouldn't have to do anything with the strut bar leaning against the brake lines. This just doesn't happen when my car is cold it happen even after I drive for 20 minutes. What do you guys think?

Its probably your ABS system. All Preludes I've driven do this when it first starts off driving.
But I wouldn't see how a strut bar would change the way it sounds.

This is ur problem... it's ur ABS motor doing it's self test. Your 5th gen will perform this on it's own. It kinda sounds like a car with no power steering right.. like a low humm... your car will do this when it's confused. You may have just set off a sensor or something of the sort, because it's only sposed to happen when the car first goes into gear or when you ABS is about to go off... For example I was going downhill on an icey road... and my abs went off a split second before the brakes started pumping. So you musta just messed with the sensor.

It use to be a low humm and now its a high pitch humm and it only happens when the car first rolls after i turn on the car. Do you guys think it may be the strut bar or something else. I recently put a Apexi Vtec Controller may this be the cause of it:confused: Hope not, because i love this mod.
