94' (EG6) Civic HB w/B16A2. What type of AEM CAI should I get:
part# 21-411 (del sol DOHC)
or
part# 21-417 (civic si '99)
Which one would fit best?

Well, I'm going to lean towards the del Sol system since it's based on the same platform as your car - same generation. The 99 has the same engine yes, but different body so I'm going to say get the #21-411.
