Rockford Fosgate 600.4 powering Rockford Fosgate 6.5" 2-ways inside HIGHS
Rockford Fosgate 800.4 bridged powering 2-12" JL Audio 12W3D2's in a custom sealed box made for my car LOWS
ohh yeah and a Rockford Fosgate 1 Farad cap and 4guage wiring to a dist block and 8guage from there b/c that is all the RF amps will accept

So what do ya think?

I need a new head unit bad it will totally open up my system really nicely.

Let me guess...you are going for all out SQ right -

Sounds good...what kind of port area/tuning freq are you looking at?

lilric- nice set up but those 12w3 love ported boxes and will get very loud if put in the right 1....... the new jvc deck r nice...

around 25"sq per sub(mite change) yuned to 30 or 28hz for daily driving, and for spl i am thinking aroun low 40's or so i will be doin some testing in about a month or so, i will post my final freq and the #'s i hit........... i hope to be doin mid 150

and the sq will be realy good concidering its an all out spl street car....... would be better with differnt front end and hu, but i only have so much money...

71 mgb, I was wondering where you have your amps mounted. I have a rex too, and i'm trying to figure out how to mount my 2 amps and my crossover. I've got an Alpine V12 4 channel, a zapco studio 500, and an mtx crossover (not the best but it works). All the speaks i have so far are infinity reference for up front. Still trying to decide on subs.

im not sure ware i am putting my amp, i dont have it yet my car is gutted right now and i am putting in sound deadning,
u can get creative though...... i will post some picks whe i have it all in and ready to go...........

what kind of subs r u look at i can help u find some or if u want some beyonds i can hook u up with them

I'm not sure on subs. I've been looking at maybe getting a DD 9515, ID MAX, Resonant Engineering 15HC, Blueprint 1503 or something comprable to those. I was going to try and keep my max price range at the price of one 9515. How much do those Inhumans, or other Beyond Audios go for? [email protected]

I'd like to honestly say that "I don't care about stupid subs and neato radios, im going for all out racing!!" but I can't because that would be a lie that would go against my fundamental moral character. I really wish I had a phat ass systyem in my lude, but i have no damn money (Damn recession). Oh well, ill just sit here and wish....

i dont have the money to do an all out race car or i would so i figure i would get a nice system....... i would still give it up to make my dream civic hb

I hear that, i wish my lude was much FASTER but i am too poor to do it so i am going with the system instead.

thinking about it, i've gone half hearted on sounds and half hearted on performance. but to go all out on sounds i think costs more than going all out on performance. especially if u have a lude. i see what u guys are saying about runnign out of money tho.... look at me, i'm stuck in the middle.... no man's land

it depends on your definition of all out...... im sure thare r car with 70,000+ in them and i know of spl system like that 2.......
