lower CG means less weight tranfser and more stability.....weather its braking or accelerating or taking a corner...race springs have higher spring rates to fight body roll and the transfer of weight...and also sit lower...needing higher spring rates for less suspension travel. race springs have trouble clearing speed bumps at times and are more risky on the street of hitting objects...sport springs are more comfterable to ride in...but don't handle as well.
