You probably don't NEED wires yet, and can check the connections to see if there is any buildup, if not and the wires feel fine then you don't NEED them.
The Cap and Rotor doesn't NEED to be replaced either, you can also check them for residue and arcing, if none or little then you can also go without for a little while longer till you have the cash.
But, what to go with that kind of mileage and without a recent tune up is to definately DO: Plugs, Wires, Cap & Rotor, Fuel Filter. Oil change with Filter is a given and considered regular maintenance, Radiator flush and refill and Tranny fluid change are also important...
If money is tight and the car runs, you can get by till you have some more money... You won't kill the car but, it might run a little rougher till it is done.
