90-91 had 130hp @6000 rpms with 121 ft/lbs torque
92-93 had 140hp @6300 rpms with 121 ft/lbs torque
94+ had 142hp @6300 rpms with 127 ft/lbs torque

Same blocks, slightly different heads.

Also sensors and the like-- The first B18A's were non-OBD, the 2nd were OBD-I, and then the B's are OBD-II. Then the different heads. That's it.

I have spent a lot of time trying to find the answer to the question. What I came up with is that the head is a bit different. Both are non-Vetc. Also the motor mounts are different because of the change of body style in 94.
Another difference is the 90-93 uses a cable clutch and the 94+ has a hydrolic clutch. The does not sffect the actual engine.
