Its beta version build 7074, u can download it and install it. Its like testing or something, since it expires in 6months or something but i think you can hack the time limit but why would you want an incomplete version of it?

i downloaded longhorn from bt. http://s3.isohunt.com, just search for it. Took me only like a hr something to dl it.

Mandrake is the most simple linux OS, its for first time users, or n00bs if you will. I wouldnt say its better then windows but i think acts as a better server OS and its pretty easy to use. Its free and opensource so u could probably download it somewhere.
