With the power robbing Mods i already have, what should I do next to realize real gains? Plan to stay NA
Cams?
Compression?
Valve train? or how about a Type-R flywheel?

i believe that tuan's gonna tell you that you should have everything planned out. that's how motor's work... you plan them out so you know exactly how it will go together and that way you don't end up making a modification and getting negative returns.
if i were you i'd look at your motor and where it is now and ask yourself, where do i want to go with this thing? that's the only way you're gonna do any good...

well I'll tell you this...with the mods you have now, if you have the know how or the money to rebuild the bottom end...I would just up the compression. Helped my motor a lot....I wouldnt go with anything too wild unless you have a knowledge of engine building and tuning, but maybe something like usdm itr's or the lower compression endyn rollerwaves(11.0:1) I think..

How safe is raising compression when the ECU I have (p28) does not read the Knock Sensor??

I dont know for sure but I would probably get a differnet ECU to be safe...
