Not to be a jerk, but do a search on this site. I'm sure the guys in the prelude or turbo forum can help. If it were me I'd put in Darton sleeves, Eagle rods, and JE 9.5:1 pistons and use a Hondata system to tune the turbo'd car on a dyno. Don't forget to balance and blueprint the whole bottom end. While you're at it if you can Port and Polish the head and do 3 angle valve job would certainly help.
