ok, i have a 99 civic sedan, what should i do with it first??and i'm like really short on money too...

nothing save your money!!! just in case shit you really to get (tune ups oil changes some other unfortunate heavy money spendin' shit happens!)

As soon as u have money it all depends if your all about performance or show. I would say drop it and get wheels when you get some cash.
