Just wondering because everyone has so much money for their rides, what do you guys do and how much do you guys make a year? How old are ya too?


I'm 20 making $26,000.00 a year with expenses, thats like $200+ dollars a month, so its like I make $28,000.

I am a State Check Collector for Washington State, I was working for a Lowes Warehouse until they let us go in November. Been looking for a JOB but starting to get discuraged. Just not alot out there right now, and I am not like some expert in anything I just drove a forklift for five years when I should have been in school.

Most of my money I have been getting is from my "get the F*** out bonus" and income tax return. Which did not last long with all my bills. I am getting my company stock in June then I will have around 5,000 to put into my car and bills.

I am an Analyst for a Marketing Research Firm. I research Telecommunication products, like cell phones and 2 way radios. I also have a car detailing business that I run out of my house.

A good question to ask, "How much debt do you have?"

A lot of people have major credit card debt here

I'm 16 and am a AOCA certified Lube Technician at Alto's Lube Xpress ( like a jiffy lube, but we don't fuck up cars at all) out in Sherwood near my house. I don't make a whole lot, but also only spend money on my car. I'm saving to put my new motor in right now.

I am a Designer for the Sturdisteel company, and I design aluminum Stadium seating.. and i make around 20k.. i guess its not that bad..

according to the w2's im making about 32K a year (PC Guy). but my wife made $58K last year (Vet) and is looking to pull over $60 this year.

Debt? I'll have the CC's paid off in about 3 weeks (tax returns coming back!). I've got about $8K on my car, we have a wedding payment(read her old CC's) of about $10K, $103K in house payments and about $80K in her student loans.

by the time I'm done with all of our debt, I'll be too old to mod my civic.

I'm retired Navy and currently a Program Manager for a Gov't contractor. I'm also a National Trainer for a company contracted to train people working at AT&T, Lucent and AVAYA. My wife's a paralegal and makes good money. Together we're comfortably over 6 figures.

Debt - Very few. Excluding the cars - $10K and most of that is in college loans I'm paying for my kids college. 27 & 29 and both graduated.

Yes - I could buy about any car I wanted or do any mods I want. Why haven't I? - My Civic is my daily driver (70 miles a day). I don't want to add mods that will reduce my gas mileage. The Accord is my nights/weekends car for a little more comfort and power. And - Expensive cars don't impress me.

I am 18 and just out of highschool last May. From June to December I worked on the north slope of Alaska in the oilfield. I made over $25,000 in 5.5 months 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off!!! I also still live with my parents so I only pay for gas. They bought me the car for a graduation gift so no payments there! I made out pretty good. Now I am in college, so I don't have a job, but I don't need one, I am still living off the slope money and will until next summer.

RCN / Erols Internet, a Cable / Phone / Internet service provider in MD, DC, VA, PA, NJ, MA and NY.

I am living in Virginia, working as a technical trainer and technical writer. I make almost 40k a year (close, but not there yet.) Ok, I don’t actually DO anything the way most people do at work… I kind of just sit at my desk and look around at stuff. The movie office space is almost exactly like this place. About 90% of the people working for my company got laid off… The ax missed me somehow. Even though I don't actualy do anything. I even got a year-end bonus that paid off all my cc debt. I am waiting for this company to go under… Let the severance begin!

there is a lot of money to be made selling cars ... but it takes up a lot of hours ... only get a few days off a month.....

Im a computer tech for LordandTaylor. No I dont sell clothes! I open new stores and travel to other stores to fix issues.
28 years old and 38k a year...not too bad.
