tirerack doesnt have any good rims for my car and i want to get the tire and wheel package right?

http://www.wheelmax.com is where i ordered mine from, they have a deal every friday for 699 + shipping for a set of rims and tires but other than that, the rims are cheap that they do have..
is that deal for all rims and tires? or just shitty ones? and waht kind of tires come in their packages?
are there places that sell 16" rota slipstreams with tires for cheap?
i don't know how cheap these are compared to other places, but www.modacar.com has some for 899 i think with tires.

Has anyone actually purchased a "rare" item or wheel from modacar? I have heard that they advertise all this spoon, regamaster, volk, etc. wheels and products but when ppl order take FOREVER to get their stuff (not the usual wait for that stuff that I know about - I am talking forever)
