Alright... I have two simple questions here:

1. Where can I go to buy a new (lower mileage) d16z6 engine for my '93 Del Sol Si and How much would it possibly cost (estimated)?

2. This is a stupid question, but what is a vtec engine (i.e. what's the difference between vtec & non-vtec engines and how does it improve the engine capabilities) and what does it do?

sohc = 130 hp
dohc= 160 hp

dohc= alot faster and kik ass

VTEC gives the ability to change valve timing and lift via the ECU. to change performance. when VTEC is engaged operation of the valves is passed from the regular cam lobe to one the has higher lift and duration essentialy having two camshafts in one. it increases horsepower basically. non-vtec motors do not have that ability. for the the d16z6 check www.kwcengine.com that is where i got my H22A
