Hi another stupid question from me, where is the main relay on a 88 SI, is it that one under the steering wheel?? and I need everyones thought on this i brought the car about 5 months ago and plus it's 14 yrs old, and iI still have the stock engine, i was gonna change all the fuses under the hood that is what do you guys think????

I keep telling you there are NO stupid questions-so for the answer in 2 parts--Agree to buy a Helm right now.
Part 2: The Main Relay (black cased Mitsumi) is located above the hood release and undwer the dash in an odd spot. To see it take the coin box out (3 screws) and reach to the left. You can see it with a flaslight and feel it. The bracket that holds it on has 1 bolt and it is underneath. You need a 10mm open end or combination wrench to get at this thing. Once you figure out how to get the bolt out you lift the relay up and move it to the coin box opening and unplug the connector and replace it. Unless you have a lot of time and experience soldering-go to your friendly Honda dealer and buy a new one--most keep this one in stock as the failure rate is pretty high for this (10 years or more of continuous service). The List price is about $60, but with various discounts it can be had for $40-45.
If you are in a bind-have the dealer print out the parts list and drawing showing where it is (also available at Majestic Honda's site).
Our race car is a little different now that I cut the edge of the dash away-made getting the bolt out and back in a piece of cake-you can remove the screw under the dash to gain a little more access. You also have to take the hood release assembly and move it out of the way.

JC836, I went to majectic site, and I couldn't find it under main relay so I was planing on just going to the honda dealer, and purchasing it, and than matching it up with what I see under the dash. Now i have a rim queston for you! my front passenager wheel knocks when in motion so yesterday I jacked up the car took off the tire, and rolled it to see why it knocks, now it had no bumps,bubbles, or etc.... but in motion it wiggles what do I do? is it the rim?, and it's just that tirer

behind (towards the engine side) the main fuse box. you may have to crawl under the dash there to get to it.

For the tire question-you could take the car and have the tires spin balanced. But I suspect that you may have a wheel bearing or CV joint about to go. This is not uncommon and the car is 14 years old and you do not have the complete service history.
To do a minor check-with the wheel on the car you can jack it up and turn it. Also, try the push-pull test holding the wheel parallel to the floor and see if there is any looseness in that direction. Repeat with hands on top and bottom and also try turning at the same time.
Last thought is that you need to make sure that your torque wrench is set to 80 foot pounds and that evey lug is properly tightened in a criss-cross pattern.

It could also possibly be a tie rod that's gone bad.
