aem is standalone you dont need an ecu.

what about for those luders who are planning on doing the same swap/rebuild that cannot afford the aem standalone unit? those who have done the swap what ecu upgrade do you suggest?

aem is good, dfi 7 is the best alot of money, cant go wrong with aem but find out what your tuner prefers. hondata's not bad but if you have the cash go for aem ems.
