that depends, how much power are you looking to make? what is alreayd done to the engine? what else are you going to do for internals? where in the power band would you like to hit full boost?

all together the to4e is a better compressor.
the to4b is outdated, thats it...
i would suggest a .82 a/r turbine housing with a 60 trim .60 a/r compressor for that motor. $549 shipped
