ok say you got a 90-93 integra LS or GS or RS with a b18a with 130 hp i belive and 120lbs of torque...and its got about 120,000 to 145,000 on it...and you got about $2,000 to spend on the engine...would you?

1.) Swap it out and get a newer B16A for a direct drop in and get some bolt ons...

2.) Keep the B18a and get cams, pistons, shot pleened rods, and clean the engine and do some P&P and some other minor engine work? Get some street cams like from crower and still keep it N/A and daily driven...

I'm just courious wat you guys would do...cus i noe that the B18a has like a 1.54:1 rod ratio and the B16a has something like a 1.74:1 which is almost perfect...

Say you're not gonna have much more money for the car and engine work for a year or so cus of college n all...and you just want a nice daily driven car...

According to http://www.darksol.com/swaps.asp, you would gain about alittle bit more then a second for the b16 swap and do high 15 second run...what do you guys think the teg would run if it was go go for the second option?

Which option would u guys ultimately do?

I say that option #2 will get you into 14s with some good driving. Then you could later add a VTEC head or go turbo if you want to open the door to more power. I would definitely do option #2 over #1.. the B16 just doesn't have much torque. I have a 93 GS-R and I'm going turbo on the stock B17A engine. I'm going to run low boost until later in the year when I replace the pistons and rods and add a block guard. Then I'll up it to around 10 or 12 psi.
