White wheels

Hi, actually white might not be the best choice,
this is only my opinion, others may dissagree,
but white(light color) will clash with your carbon fiber hood(dark color)

usually you want to keep a simple color scheme going,
if you didnt have the hood i'd say go for the white,
it looks especially great on blue, or red cars

gunmetal would look really good, and compliment the carbon fiber

this is only my opinion,
but I should note I do artwork for a living

white would look really good on a white car, but the bad part is that if the white is off a little from your body paint it looks kinda weird, i just prefer to go traditional

i HIGHLY disagree, if i were on my other computer i would be able to post pics but i can't damnit, jus check my sig, there's my car with my white 10 spoke rims.

you dont have a carbon fiber hood though,
he does, carbfib is almost black, it would be better
to have a few dark elements on the car, than all white, with
one dark spot.

I have White Racing Hart CP-O8's on my Black GSR and they look good they are a bitch with brake dust but if you have $85 more to spend just get a set of EBC greenstuff brake pads they cut down on the brake dust really well.

anyone have any suggestionson gunmetal rims? if i don't get white or gunmetal i'm getting the new racing hart evo s15's or c3's. thanks for your help s far everyone

The best thing to do is get a nice side shot of your car and post it up in the IMAGE forum. Ask someone to photoshop each wheel onto the car and then you can really decide what you want to do.

I can't imagine a c/f hood looking that good on white paint. That is just my opinion and I don't ever recall seeing the combo, so I am just going by imagination

theres a pic of the new NSX type R
it's all white, with white wheels and .... Carbon Fiber hood!

looks pretty badass actually,
but of course... it's an NSX, paint it hot pink, with lime green wheels and it'd still look badass, hehe.

....from experience, wisdom, and knowledge with car trendz....

if you go with the trend or may i say, if you are with the "in crowd"... then white rimz are old talk (please this is just an opinion--and i am not flaming on people who have white rimz), gumetal is in (esp with black cars, ohh so sexxy, well white cars with carbon fiber hoodz too, as well as yellow cars, blue cars, etc you name it). since you have mentioned that your car is white with a carbon fiber hood, then you may as well with go with gunmetal rims or even go to the extent of getting black rims to produce that black and white scheme for your car.

On the contrary...
do what you like...if you are a down to earth person, who gives a f_ _ _ to what people say. who cares about the trend...do what satisfies you, if white rimz make you happy then go for it!

I have a scanned pic of my car but how do i post it? also, i don't care about trends, i am a big jdm fan so i am going for that look. gunmetal or white i like them both i'm not a big fan of silver or just plain black though.... so any suggestions, i really like the racing hart evo cp 10s and they come in white so they are leading so far. any one have pics of some good looking gunmetals. thanks again

Damn, not to hate, but that hatch is ruined. Stickers galore Both sets of rims are really nice though. Makes me want to get a set
