I got one, 98 gsr white, u looking for one?
why would you want to know?

Jay
just wondering, i dont really know anything about integras, which one is faster, type r or gsr, and what are the hp ratings on both (stock), if the questions bother you then dont answer them, im just trying to learn about this board and about integras
Type R quarter mile time is 14.7, GS-R is 15.7. GSR is 170 hp, Type R is 195. Both are 1.8 engines, but the Type R is ported and polished by hand by Honda themselves, stock, but there are other things that bump it to 195...

Type R: Has no sunroof, no side mouldings, only come in white, black and yellow, 5 lug wheels, 8800 redline.

GSR: All have sunroofs and are fully loaded, only option was cloth or leather seats. 4 lug wheels, no brakelight in the rear window, 8000 redline, no automatics.

This only touches the surface. I'm willing to help out a newbie, but let the flaming begin...
thanx for the info, but why would there be flaming ? true im a newbie to this board and to integras but to honda in general, im fairly educated, i just felt like broadening my knowledge of honda cars. peace
what kind of mods would a gsr have to have to run a 14.8?
depends on the driver... ive seen a 14.8 with intake and exhaust... ive also seen a 15.8 with i/h/e and a jrsc... how sad...
I own a 99 GRS. I lot of people the the type R just because of the R..
as far as performance Type R 20 hp more. take the extra money and put it on the GSR. you will be better off.

you can get a auto gsr 4 door
I have wanted a GSR for years...

I got older so now I can afford the insurance!! I have had my GSR for almost 1yr. They are great cars!! I did Aem cold air, Greddy Header and exhaust ( w/ nitto drag tires) and run consistany low 14.8's 92mph avg.. Just think that GSR motor came out in 94' , they are pretty tough motors!! I love being able to play up to 8100 rpm's!!! :)

I want a turbo kit now!!

Lates!

An impressive motor is the RSX Type S motor!!! My buddy leaves me on the freeway w/ his new Type S, funny thing is at the track only couple tenths faster, the new I-Vtec 2.0 = 200hp!!! They are stiffer than the GSR and really modern, if I had the money I would have the " New " Integra the RSX Type S, I love the body of the Integra still.....

My clean azz' 96' motor !! :)

i got a '95 gsr w/ DC ccheaders, DC catback, AEM CAI and FPR i havent gone to the track yet but im very impressed at what it can do.

and about integras... ls/gs/rs are luxury cars, the type-r is the race car, and gsr is the compromise between the two ;)

did someone call the integra a luxury car? could you elaborate on what a luxury car is?
