1996 Integra SE (automatic)

OK, I took my car in to get the brake pads changed and get a full service oil change (topping off fluids and such). I get my car back and all is fine. An hour later, when I head to my friends house, my car F**ks up. I was going a steady 45, then all of a sudden my ABS light flicks on. Before I could think, my RPM's dropped to zero (i think my car turned off) and then the RPM gauge "flickered" and jumped around like crazy. I tried to push in the gas, but that didn't even rev my engine. No response at all. Then all of a sudden everything was back to normal. ABS light went off and my RPM's kicked back up to near 2200 (going 45mph). Just before I pulled up to my friends house, the same thing happened again...

Later that night, I go to get in my car to leave my friends house. Ahhh, my car wont start. Here's what happens. I put the key in, turn the key. I hear the engine turn over, i watch the RPM's go to 1000, but then they just drop to 0 and the engine shuts off. I tried turning the key and giving it some gas, but that doesnt work. It won't stay started. It will turn over every time, but wont stay. Is it my starter? WTF did this shop do to my car? They said they changed my autotranny fluid and changed my valve cover gasket and then all the normal things ina full service oil change. Could they have forgotten to plug a hose in or something?

Oh btw, my stereo and lights were on the whole time this was happening, so I doubt it would be something to do with the battery, but then again I don't know s**t.

The shop wants me to bring it in so they can take a look, but somehow I gotta get it towed to them first, unless I can get some help from someone here....
Thanks

update

Alright, I took my car back to the shop today. THey said that it was my ignition switch gone bad. New one = $75 at a local junkyard + $160 labor. Anyone think I should get a second opinion. A friend of mine is a tow truck driver and he said he sees this a lot and it is a fuel delivery problem %90 of the time. So whats up, I gotta throw a few beans down to get a new ignition or whatever or I could go somewhere else and hope they dont say the same thing or worse?
