I found one cheap and I want to replace my compressor with it.

I haven't tried it myself, but I checked the Helms service manual. Honda uses 2 different brands of compressors, Sanden and Denso. From the pics in Helms, they aren't the same. The hoses mount differently and the clutch pulleys are different. If they are the same brand, it SHOULD (just a guess) work.
