i'm thinkin about gettin a high flow cat for my lude
its a 93 vtec. But i live in Kali so i'm wondering will it
pass smog?? and wat kind of cat. is the best?
i'm thinking about gettin 1 on ebay its cheap. around $30.

those arent cats. those are test pipes. no chance u'd pass an emissions test anywhere with that. nice if u live in a place that doesn't check them though.

carsound hf cats are good. around 60 is the cheapest ive seen.

No they are illegal

As long as the cat doesn't have a carb exempt # it will not pass the visual inspection part of the smog test, in cali. The cat might pass the sniffer without a problem but the visual you will fail. One way to get around that is to place your stock heat shield around your new high flow cat and this way on the visual they can't see it.
