what is the most boost the stock head and motor will hold i want to do a homemade turbo kit on my 92 civic.

what do i need for this to work good?
i need turbo, intercooler, bov,manual boost controller, manifold, down pipe, what else

plz help i will be selling this car in a year or so and cousin wants to buy it with turbo, plz help me
