16" rims with P225/50R16 tires with 5 1/2 backsetting and +40 offset, Will this fit?

I highly doubt that's going to fit..

The stock diameter is 23.5 inches.. The new diameter with that tire would be 24.9 inches.. and the sidewall is also going to be .3 inches taller.. Not to mention the circumference of the tire is going to be off as well..
