When i am building my hatch i am gonna go for the sleeper look and i figured what better way of getting it that not having a huge o muffler showing out back. So with custom 3" piping will the R muffler fit and is this a good idea (will the muffler cause me to lose power).

Thanks

F/I on what kind of motor?? if you're running a turbo on a B series engine, go with 2.5" piping and a straight-through design muffler, as far as the resonator, flex pipe, and CADILLAC converter, you're better off running it straight through....if it's an D series, go with 2.25 inch piping

btw, i'm assuming HYBRIDHATCH, that you swapped in a B, if so, i'd recommend finding the size of your collector, then flanging it to 2.5 inch piping, and just add a high-flow catalytic converter...then use any universal straight-through muffler (apexi N1) and use no resonator....that should be a really nice efficient, effective combination for under $400
