i've been standing in my driveway tryin to decide if i should put a wing on my lude, so whats the general consensus, wing or no wing.. i really like the sleek trunk line of the lude thats why i havnt put one on yet, if i did no aluminum is going on the back of my car, i would get the mugen style, or sumthin.. so what y'all think

I'm not a fan of big ass wings, but some small spoilers look aright. It's your ride bruh, you're gonna be driving it, so don't let anyone here talk you into getting something cause it's 'cool.' :)

Personally I think that the OEM spoiler is the only one that looks decent... hehe. It compliments the lines of the lude.

I am not a big fan of the stock wing but I love the mugen wing. It is what I am trying to get. It is just expensive. I think the trunk is too high for an aluminum wing and I like the way the mugen wing compliments the smooth sleek lines of the Prelude.

if u like the mugen one, then maybe u'll like the hahn auto trends one. its the same style, comes right off the end of the trunk, but its a lot cheaper. my friend has one and it looks pretty sweet.

if you like it, get it... its your money, its your car...

i wouldnt get one, simply because they are non-functional...

Are you saying that the Mugen wing is nonfunctional? I was under the impression it was. Just curious because I don't really want it if it completely nonfunctional.

who cares if its functional or not!? it is mostly for race cars! it keeps the back end of the car down! thats wut a spoiler is for, as for street cars a spoiler is manly for looks!

i agree, i love the oem wing on the 5th gens.

but if i had to chose, i like how the Type-R wing looks (keeping the same shape as stock, just a little higher) and i also am a fan of the mugen wings, or look-a-likes.

peace

I love the Mugen wing. I also like the oem wing.

I chose a single deck aluminum wing however. I like to be different. I had it painted Nighthawk Black because the silver didn't go w/ the bronze wheels.

Some pics.

But it is your car, so do what you'd like! :)
