Well... having a gutted sol I can tell you where the holes are

First pic (interrior)

You'll have to remove the middle upper panel in the back (simply tug on it). You'll also have to remove the right (passenger side) corner panel where the stock speaker is. You may have to remove the lower panel too (the rear gloveboxes) but I'm not sure if it's really necessary.

You'll have to remove the right side (passenger side) trunk trim panel. There's just a few plastic screws holding that one in place so it's fairly easy to remove.
Just pass your wires through there.
This is the only way I know how to get around the rear window.
